I’ve been attending the Good Morning Yoga sessions, and they’ve been a game-changer for my daily routine. Class goes for an Hour. The overall feedback from my experience is that the classes gave me flexibility to my body and I am able to sit for long period of time for meditation. Nitya ji (instructor) was very calm and slow initially to help settle down. The course was designed and taught in such a way that I felt all my body (legs, abs, head, arms, back, etc) were strengthened. I intend to enroll for further courses.
