I had been doing daily practice course since a month and the sessions had been going great! Nitya is the perfect yoga teacher that I had been looking for. Her instructions are crisp and clear. The sessions are so well balanced and rhythmic that I really enjoy them. She makes us push a little more each day and increases the intensity of sessions by handpicking the asanas just for us. They are so well curated that I enjoy each bot of the session. The tension built up durins the asanas is just released towards the end of the session in shavasana and soothing meditation.

I did gym before and I can say that I feel more energised and fresh throughout the day compared to before.
